Meet Jordan Anhorn - Matlin Injury Law

MEET Jordan Anhorn Attorney of Counsel

BIOGRAPHY

Jordan S. Anhorn is a seasoned attorney with over a decade of experience handling personal injury cases, including taking cases to trial and winning. For over thirteen years, Mrs. Anhorn has represented injured people, not insurance companies or big businesses. Early in her life, Mrs. Anhorn recognized a calling to serve as a voice for those who cannot advocate for themselves—a purpose that has defined her career as a dedicated personal injury litigator. She prides herself on fighting the good fight and has recovered millions of dollars for her clients. Mrs. Anhorn is passionate about helping her clients recover physically, emotionally and financially.

Mrs. Anhorn has handled a variety of personal injury cases including traumatic brain injuries (“TBI”), complex orthopedic injuries, surgical cases and spinal cord injuries. She has extensive experience helping her clients navigate the difficulties they face when dealing with these life altering injuries.

She is currently licensed to practice law in Colorado, Florida and the US District Court for the District of Colorado. She has tried numerous cases to jury verdict including trials in Weld, Denver and Arapaho Counties. She has also tried cases to jury verdict involving insurance bad faith claims in Colorado and premises liability claims in Florida.

Mrs. Anhorn was born and raised in the south but eventually made her way to Denver, Colorado where she currently resides with her family. While in high school, Mrs. Anhorn was involved in a motorcycle crash that left a lasting impact on her physically and emotionally. Throughout the process of recovering from her injuries and working with a personal injury attorney, Mrs. Anhorn found her passion: helping those who have been injured through no fault of their own. That injury set the stage for the work she does now on behalf of her clients.

Mrs. Anhorn attended the University of North Florida where she graduated in 2008. She graduated law school in 2012 and immediately went to work at one of the largest personal injury law firms in Florida. There, Mrs. Anhorn practiced for six years and gained valuable experience while handling cases all over Florida. After moving to Colorado, Mrs. Anhorn continued her law practice in personal injury by representing injured plaintiffs. She has represented thousands of injury victims during her career.

Mrs. Anhorn is also wife and a mother. Her family enjoys spending time outdoors whether it be in Colorado’s mountains or on Florida’s beaches. Mrs. Anhorn is an avid sports fan and loves the Jacksonville Jaguars (#DTWD).
