Brian estudió psicología en la University of Colorado Boulder antes de obtener su título de abogado en la University of Denver Sturm College of Law en 2019. Después de un año, supo que quería algo diferente —algo más personal—, así que fundó Matlin Injury Law en agosto de 2020.
Brian construye su práctica en torno a una mentalidad de “trabajar para vivir”. La familia guía todo lo que hace. Está casado con Darden, y tienen dos hijos y un perro.
